I am having a hard time getting a good dump of the W25R128JV in this Latitude 4550. I have tried Neo Programmer and CH341 Programmer with a CH341a Black and the alligator clip, I am not using the 1.8v board. None of the dumps can be read by UEFITools.
System still boots. I have attached the attempts I have made at reading.
