I found it, it was under the MB. I am not equipped neither to connect my CH341A programmer to this chip, nor to solder it and later connect it on other equipment to flash with suggested bin. I must sadly give up.

The troublemaker was the 1.8V adapter, I could read/erase/write the new bios without it. Unfortunately this doesn't solve my problem. Power LED still blinking three times, laptop not booting and switching off after 10 seconds.
I will continue troubleshooting.
Attached is backup I dumped, in case it helps one of you to build the "right" Bios.

Many thanks. Still struggling to find a CH341A soft to successfully read/write on the chip. I will keep trying with all versions I could collect till now. If no success, I will try without the 1.8V adapter. I will give feedback...Leave a comment:

For the moment I can't read it. Tried with different programmer versions but always blank. I don't know if that's because the Bios is damaged or I don't connect correctly to the chip (tried with the 1.8V adapter but till now I couldn't find if I should keep it or remove it. Bios Chip 25B64SSIG
I extracted from official Lenovo bios the bios.fd but it it too long when I try to use it with a CH341A programmer.
Could one of you please help me to remove any unnecessary information from it?
