This is my first time posting here, but I've understood this is the best place when looking for expert assistance! Thanks for having me.

My problem is the following: My laptop (used to... see below) works good, except that the bios/UEFI settings are locked behind an "System Password". This is strange, since I've bought it new and can't recall setting the password. I've contacted the seller, no luck. I've contacted Lenovo, they can't/don't help. I've also tried other methods, with no luck. A repair shop has tried to update the bios to solve...
