When I load the bios.bin from post#24 with neoprogrammer NeoProgrammer V2.2.0.10 and 08, I have the message :
"acces violation, press ok to ignore.. or " Press abort to kill the programm", I press OK and it's loading while I can use the soft, so I choose WRITE IC and :

Don't have "model name/serial number/MTM and Win key" is a problem ?

If I can use back my computer without it, I don't mind, the principal thing is to use my computer again...

I choose W25Q128FW (which is selected automaticaly at neoprogrammer opening),
I opened the file and selected the bios.bin, run PROGRAM IC and I get :
