Hi! I have an MSI Aero GTX 1070 Ti and I'm having issues with the fan. It's not spinning at all, doesn't report RPM, and even though software like GPU-Z shows fan speed at 100%, the fan itself doesn't turn on.
I've already tried replacing the fan with a known working one, but it still doesn't work.

Could it be a problem with the PWM fan controller or something else on the board?

Does anyone happen to have the schematics or boardview for this GPU model?
