so you guys gave me 2 options, right:

1) spend hours on your forum to search (for similar topics) and read (a lot of tech stuff i dont understand)
or
2)Download Dell 8FC8 Patcher from a user Named: rex98

but

1) Seems like many people got this -8FC8 issue and not all of them (included myself) know how to dump and flash. Some of us have Fam. and work full time, so i have no clue about flashing the bios, and i dont have time to read and learn it from a looong instruction written in the web. The rate of crash the Machine is to high without any knowledg...

I can't even change the boot device because it then asks for the admin password. So I can't simply reinstall Windows 10 from a USB stick... it's so annoying.​

Hi all,

I bought a used Dell Latitude 5310 in Ebay. The seller did not mention about his Password and dont answer to my messages anymore.

If it start into WIN10, he ask for User and Password...
if i start BIOS and wanna do changes, he ask Admin-Password
i cant even change Bootpriority. My Idea was to give it a fesh new Win Installation... but with F12 he only able boot into WIN10 Drive, for the USB Drive he need Password...

i go crazy with this machine, can anybody help me make this Laptop run... i spend all my money into it....
