Yep, here's the zip file with the bios dump.
Thanks....

In my previous post I attached the uncompressed bios dump (i.e. it's not a zip file). Sorry about that.

ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 7, type 20QD, S/N PF-21V10Z
The notebook starts & lights up, but screen is blank (although I tested it works), no POST.
Maybe ME clean required?
Thank you for your help....

Dell XPS 9370, ST: 1PP8HM2
The machine does not turn on, when pressing the power button the keyboard lights up, but the machine turns off immediately.
Starting the display test (power buttons + D) does light up the display and goes through the basic colors nicely. There's no short
on the board, so I'm assuming a bios issue.
MEAnalyzer reports one error for the bios dump: "Error: Detected CSE Extension 0x03 with wrong Partition Hash at FTPR > FTPR.man!"
Anybody able to help?
Thank you....

It works, thank you!
Out of curiosity, was this just a matter of ME clean?...

ThinkPad T14 Gen1 Intel, dead mainboard
NM-C931 mainboard, does not start, no light, no nothing. Draws 20.56 V / 0.14 A from a wall charger.
Under thermal camera, the only thing that show is the ThinkEngine chip (BD4179MWV / UTE1B) heating up (also quite hot to the touch), there's 19.75 V on the VREGIN20 (pin 45).
Is the BD4179 dead? WDYT?
Thank you....

Did anyone have success with ThinkPad T495s / X395?
It's the NM-C181 board, it uses IT8186VG-192 as an EC chip and I used LPC_AD0 on the J601 connector for the short to ground.
Best I could get was bios not asking me for the password (plus complaints about invalid machine UUID), but I still wasn't able to reset the password, since the bios was still in read-only mode.
Did anyone manage to get the timing right for this machine?
Thanks.
