I've flashed another system, with your original rom (I just added the NIC MAC Address) and the TPM worked, so my change didn't do anything, thank you!
Just out of curiosity, is there a guide on how to extract the bios from the Fujitsu's upgrade package.
I managed to get a ~28MB D3601-A1.UPD file, but I don't know what do to from there, thanks in advance!
