I found the schematic for my board and the capacitors I need on it. They are the same part "0.1u16x SHAPE C0402" capacitor. Trying to find replacements online, not sure what to search. Searching 0.1u16x doesn't show any results of a part I can buy.

Ok, I think I found the part. GRM155R71C104KA88D should work. I just ordered a reel. hopefully I can get them soldered in correctly....
