Thank you. The BIOS is working and the laptop now starts up quickly, but there's still no sound from the speakers or the audio jack. In Device Manager, the Realtek driver is detected. It might be a hardware issue—I will check again.... -

Hello, my laptop starts up slowly and doesn't detect audio. The BIOS is not the original one for this machine, because the Service Tag on the laptop and in the BIOS are different. The laptop's Service Tag is 6STL5Y2, while the BIOS currently shows BKT70Z2....Leave a comment:
