so i tried a glas Fuse. But still nothing. The fuse will not go again. So what can i try.

Hello
I have a 2.5 year old Samsung 740B. The Backlight is not working. I replaced the 3 820uF capacitors but still nothing. Before it stoppt working the monitor was making a noise like a transformer station.
Is there anything what i can check. With the flashlight i can see the explorer but the backlight is still dark.
