No access to an oscilloscope just yet. I was thinking about buying a cheap one for odd projects like this.
It's definitely just an issue with CH 1&2. I'd even say CH1 is a little bit lower than 2.Leave a comment:

Actually, I've done another test and it's an issue across the mic inputs as well now Wondering if it's not a consistent issue now.Leave a comment:

I did a quick plugin test to see what is working on the combo inputs.
Mic XLR input + Mic XLR input with phantom power is working fine on all 4 inputs.
I am however having an issue with CH1 + 2 instrument jack level. 3+4 are ok.Leave a comment:

Not too sure when I'll have time to check everything on the inputs, but I've managed to fix the power cycle issue.
Changing the caps on C488 and C489 has fixed the issue! Thanks!Leave a comment:

Neither are visibly bloated - new ones should be (fingers crossed) arriving in the post tomorrow. I'll update people once I've done the change. Always good to show people there is hope! I hardly ever use the XLR/Jack inputs on the front, but I recall that CH1-2s pre-amps/gain seems to be much lower than 3-4, so I may as well try to fix those while I have the unit open. Any quick suggestions on how to fix those will also be more than welcome

Hi everyone, Hope people are still active on here. My TCSK48 has gone the way of so many of these models. It's doing the dreaded power cycle.
I'm going to replace C488 and C489 on the main board to be safe, but if anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know.
