"manufacturing mode active" and the fan won't stop running on high, .It says to press Alt-F to re-enter normal running mode. Whenever I do this, I only hear a sharp beep noise and then nothing else happens....

Lenovo IdeaPad S145-15IWL 81MV need bios repair,When I connect the charger from the laptop and try to turn on the laptop, nothing happens, I take out the CMOS battery, wait a few seconds and turn on the CMOS battery again, I connect the power supply to the laptop, it turns on by itself, the logo appears, the post flashes, the LED on the laptop's ,power button does not allow me to F2 to access the bios settings, I can turn off the laptop only if I pull out the charger connector from the laptop, turn it on again and the laptop does not respond to the power button, it turns on only if I turn off... -
