What’s up everyone. Just a quick introduction about me. I am TV restoring junky because I use them for non mission critical video displays and personal TV sets. I am an entrepreneur in the field of AV Broadcast Engineering. In addition I come from a background in aerospace and information systems. So basically I love electronics and signal flow. I joined this forum to get help identifying technical issues with some of the TV sets that are now just wasting space around my house and studio. I’m looking forward to starting some discussions that may be of help to others that may come across this forum.Comment

Hi ! I live in Belgium and I work as electrician in the industry.
Repairing devices is my hobby ! I like that...it is already a little challenge.

Hi, my first system dates back to 1985, a Commodore-64 with tape compac 7 mounted on an ancient 14" tube color television
No DOS!! That system had 64k RAM and ran in BASIC!! I switched to DOS based PC after 1990. My first homebuilt was in 1991, it was a 286 with 16 MB RAM and a 20 MB EIDE HDD, a 4x Mitsumi CD drive, a 1 MB Hercules video card and a SB16...good times....Comment
