I fixed a Samsung LN-T4681F for a friend. It had problems turning on (had press the power button several time to get it to stay on). There was also relay chatter when the problem was occurring. I believe that this is a common problem with Samsung tvs containing crap caps.
I took it apart and found two bulging Samwha XC 2200uf 10v caps on the power supply board. While I was in there I replaced all the Samwha capacitors with Panasonic FC. There were: 2x 2200uf 10v, 2x 1000uf 25v, 1x 1000uf 10v, 6x 47uf 50v, and 5x 10uf 50v. For a total of 16 caps replaced.
Thankfully, upon re-assembly, the TV came up immediately, and the previous symptoms were gone.
Attached are some pictures of the board and caps.
