After plugging in power, main screen will come on, standby light will flash 9 times before going completely off.

Sounds like a normal booting up procedure. TV is likely on but with no backlight. You can perform the flashlight test to see if you have video. If TV turns on with no backlights, you likely have bad backlights. -

Before all this, I did notice the middle of the screen what's not lit up. I've been working on his TV Set for some months now. I replace the power supply board and the main board. I have also had the t-con board tested which it did pass so they say. I will perform that task and post it. Thank you for your reply.Comment
