I just received a Samsung 32inch board number Bn41-01777 no power issue
i ruled out the power supply unit

i need help on this mainboard

Have you carried out voltage test on the switching Mosfet regulators on the board?Some of theses regulator can render main board ineffective.Also knowing the current symptom of the tv will as well help to solving the main board issue.Biafran.
