Troubleshooting Samsung PS50C450B1

Hi everyone, I am currently in the process of repairing (trying to) a Samsung PS50C450B1 Plasma. Fault being the Video seems to flicker at the right hand side of the display [Video clip of fault attached]. I'm wondering if anyone has seen this fault previously and could point me in the right direction as to what could be the problem.

Have you tried just running the test pattern with the jumper on the logic board? This would identify a main board problem.
