OK, bought an RCA 65" TV because it was cheap for a 4K TV but just because it was only $400 doesn't mean it should only last 13 months, recently the video went out but sound is still working. I am seeing a lot of people complaining about the same exact thing with this TV so it seems to be an epidemic...LOL. Has anyone worked on one of these and resolved the issue? The model number is RTU6549. Any help is appreciated on this one.
