Samsung ps43E400 Plasma

This TV have sound without picture ,the vs i got 218 then drop to 11, i removed y sustain board for inspection i dont find any short in diode or IGBT , i tested y sustain without Y-buffer by powered tv to see if voltage drop i got bomb in one of IGBT on y sustain board , is it problem to test y sustain without buffer board ???
Whats wrong here

when u disconnect test the y sustain board does the vs return to normal?

no when disconnected y sustain vs also drop, i found on this forum on another post that vs will also drop, if disconnect y sustain on Samsung models
