I got this TV today, and my problem is that it makes a ticking/scratching/popping noise every second. The video and every other function works fine.
There must be some problem with the signal along the way, because I tested the speakers, they're fine. The noise gets louder as I turn up the volume. I tried to trace the speaker back to the amplifier chip (NTP-3100), but I did not find any suspicious DC levels. Just to be sure, I swapped this chip with a known good one. It didn't make any difference. In the service manual the factory didn't include the schematic diagram, so I am asking for help from you.
I haven't made any photos, because at this point I see no need for them.
