hi I'm in repair this TV turned off after a lightning replaced on the psu mip2f2 "ic802a" now on the secondary voltage and present but 1.2 volts instead of 5.1 volts as per diagram, I found short-chip marked a1vhp "ice821" but after so much research I could not find what and I replaced it with a tl431 but the voltage remains at 2.1v
inverting it with another ic on the psu (ic852, ice831) the voltage goes back to 5.1 v help to find this smd
