I have an LG oled which has "image burn" across the bottom due to the customer only watching Sky news.
Anybody have any ideas if there is a way to remove/reduce the burn

I think that like all other similar type image burns like that it is irreversible and only a Panel change could remedy such.

X2. No way to actually fix this. Its nature of the beast for self emmissive panels. You could try implementing the compensation cycle in the menus but at this stage may have little to no effect sadly.
Did I leave the soldering iron on?
