Before I rob this Samsung Plasma for parts , can anyone confirm this is indeed a bad panel .
All Voltages are correct and I have removed and refitted all ribbons connectors etc in the X Buffer Boards, with no change at all.

Chip On Film Bonding, is that what you mean nagaraju.g? I take it this is not fixable?
