What inverter? What IC? F5? Are all those parts on the main board?
    We need more details.

The B9V supply also feeds IC8004-EU which is the DAC Stereo IC

Did you try removing the cap yet?
So beside the output of that 9V regulator feeding the MC33269-5 5V regulator, that 9V should also be feeding other circuits as well. Where else does it go to in your schematic?

Ok, i remove mc33269-5.0, and when i measure output on 78m09, the situation is the same 1.3v :/.
With ohm meter you can see my pics between gnd and two ceramics caps /100nf/ which connect 78m09 output and mc33269 input is 45-50 ohm.

Once you remove the suspected bad part then you should be able to check ad see if the 9V output will be back to normal or not. That 9V output may have many devices connected to it.

If i remove mc33269-5.0 is it problem, only for test?

You will use Ohm meter to check those ceramic cap for leakage resistance. The common failure mode of ceramic is shorts or bad leakage resistance. It should show infinite resistance when tested with Ohm meter.

    55oma /in Bulgarian language=ohms/, sorry.
How to get correct voltage? I have pefect 12 volts on input 7809 (replace with new) and is the same..., may be the problem is on mc33269 ... or do you thing C103 or C101 (100nf) make a problem? C104/C151 /100mf/16v i test with esr meter, they are perfect/.

    "55oma is a real /gnd-output/" What is the 55oma?
You need to get the correct Voltages first to go further.

I write the two IC EEPROM with original soft at same time, but 8 time blinks.
What about PWM/ADIM? I don't have any voltages at this poing..., is it mean there is a problem?

    EDIT: 458 ohm /mc33269/ - 55oma is a real /gnd-output/

I expect to be in hundreds of Ohms, it may mean that what ever the loads are something is loading down the output of that 9V regulator.
it can be bad cap ceramic cap that has leakage resistance or the IC s that are being run by that 9V output may be bad. It is not the 9V regulator IC at this point.

I put black probe on GND 78M09, red probe on Output 78M09. 78M09 is on the mainboard. 78M09 is brand new. How many ohm must have?

Question: If i have blow/bad CCFL lamp what is the simptomps?
58 Ohms on the Output side does not look right.

If the set has one or more bad lamps you will then get the 3-seconds to black symptom, the good lamps will come on for seconds then the circuit goes into protection shutdown due to bad lamps.

IC1105 may be shorted. Ic101 output feeds input of ic1105

I change 78m09 with brand new, now voltage to output is 1.30v, the problem is a same, 8 blinks, no backlights. Why i have 1.30v on output?

    Power On/Off to STBY_5V
    The backlights should come on.

I suspect you need a replacement EEPROM but I don't know which one of the two need to be replaced, possibly both.
One more question: Where i can find STBY_5V pin?
I think i found one problem but i don't know yet. On ic101(78m09) on mainboard on OUTPUT i have 1v stable, on Input i have 12V, on IC1105(269 5G) on mainboard near to IC101 on OUTPUT i have 0.2v, on Input i have 1v. Is it normal??? All other regulators have correct voltage on outputs.

I have question... how many volts i must have on PWM pin and ADIM pin if the tv work correct?
See the attached spec sheet of the LCD panel: V315B1-L01. It uses one or the other (PWM or ADIM).

Samsung QN75Q6FNA backlight no display, red LED blink 2x, fault in panel
    by howardc64
    • Prior owner tried a replacement main board. No difference.
    • Samsung 2x red blinking standby LED = panel fault
    • Jumpered FB_TRDY_1 (pin 1 CN1300 left. main tcon->left side buffer boards) and FB_TRDY_3 (pin 95 CN1301 right. main tcon->right side buffer boards) This allows testing individual T-Con (on main board) connection to panel on this Samsung. Found fault on left side (viewing from rear of TV)
    • Each side has 2 buffer boards, disconnected left side flex between 2 buffer boards. Fault is on the left most board.
    • Tape masking eventually isolated to CN1300 pin 15 (CKV4_GOA) Display

    Samsung 225MW EEPROM bootloop
    by Jacksoft
    Hi all,
I got an old Samsung 225MW TV with BN41-00825 motherboard.
Since the TV has a buzzer when it starts it makes a beep. The main problem is that the TV goes in a sort of bootloop and beeps every 2-3 seconds.
So I attached the VGA UART cable and read the debug data using a RT809H programmer:

According to the Service Manual all the voltages looks good, so I made a backup of the internal flash and all the EEPROMs (1 Settings + 3 EDID) and cleaned the EEPROM.
Now the TV boots but it's stuck on VGA. If I try to change the source it goes to TV, restarts...
