LG 60PV450 Distortion

Hello, I'm new to the forum because I'm researching the best way to troubleshoot my LG 60PV450 tv. The trouble started after the back grill of the TV was vacuumed. I now have horizontal bands where the image gets distorted across the top and across the bottom. It'm more visible when fewer colors are present on the screen, almost disappears when the image has many colors. I've tried reseating cables with no effect. Also, I tried disconnecting/reconnecting the buffer board cables and noticed that when I had 5 or fewer connected, there were no picture issues (didn't matter which 5) but as soon as I connected the 6th, the image issues returned to the top and bottom. I have attached pictures of the boards on my TV as well as a picture of the image distortion. I would appreciate any help on this issue. Currently, my plan of attack would be to replace the top and bottom y buffer boards and hope that fixes the issue.

Do not remove or replace any wires or cables with the tv turned on!
Your second pic. is the zsus board. Take it out and inspect the solder joints on the back of it under the 3 copper coils.
You can also resolder all the parts that are on the heatsinks.
Do the ysus board also.

I was removing power before swapping/testing cables, then reapplying to look for changes.
