Samsung 37r88 volume always high help

Samsung 37r88

The volume is at 100% or 250% everytime I turn it on
Can turn it down and it behaves
Everytime turn off its the same

Discconecting the touch controls makes no difference
Anyone delat with this before ?

Try resetting the EEPROM
