Orion MIS 4201 Display Problem

I have a problem you might be able to help i'm using the video processor and have my pc giving out the image into the video processor and then from the video processor into the screen but the screens colour comes red with a mix of other colours. What do you think could be the problem?

Thanks for replying

I managed to find the software and was able to turn them on but now have a problem with the image the screen is red with some other colors mixed but i can see something playing but i'm unable to make out what it is because the screen is full red with some other colors mixed

Have you tried a direct connection between the PC and Plasma set or tried any other input on the set. Also have you downloaded the manual and ensured that the internal switches are correctly set?

Do you have the software for the MIS 4201 at all.
My copy got lost and my old pc crashed.
Any idea where I can get it from?
