Samsung UE22C4010 changing channels by itself!!!

    Samsung UE22C4010 changing channels by itself!!!

    Hello I have a 22 inch samsung model number UE22C4010 tv.
    When power on the tv start changing channels by itself ,changing settings ,menu etc.
    I have disconnect the digital buttons and the tv works ok,just could not do anything from the remote.I have 8 wires I know 4 is for the buttons and 4 For the remote infrared ???
    Anybody know which wire should I leave to operate the tv with the remote ?

      Could this just be a case where one of the micro switches are 'stuck in the closed position?'

          I have fixed this by cleaning the contacts with alcohol .
