Samsung UE40F6270 BLU ON/OFF missing

Hello....

i have an samsung tv that not turn on..
the problem is a missing (i think) BLU ON voltage.

when i start the tv with diconnecting cable (mainboard - power supply) the backlight turns on so i mean the backlight is ok.

do anyone have an service manual or an idea where i can search for the error...
mainbaord: BN94-06715F (BN41-01958B)

i'm happy for any help.

What happens when you connect mainboard to powersupply again
and disconnect mainboard to lvds?!

hmm, can also be the tcon board bad?
i have checked all the voltage like the service manual... (no power9

so the service manual say i should contact the tech support ^^
