Soniq L32v12a 32 inch lcd glitching

Well my sons tv has a issue and stopped working the other day.
Had it for a few years with no dramas.
It will start up with logo and sound, but once loaded the screen cuts in and out and it's glitching the display.
Checked caps, appear ok.
Checked voltages from powerboard to gpu board, 5v stable, 12v stable, but 24v is reading 25.400 and as high as 25.800. Anywhere around 25.400 the screen is fine, any higher it glitches or turns blank.
And ideas?

After more testing I've found the ribbon cable from gpu card to the LG display card appears to have a poor connection. Have some life in the display now, just not 100% yet, but it's now isolated to one area. Hope this helps anyone else with similar issues.
