Samsung LED TV UE40D5707 not turning on!!!

My TV broke down when I pressed the Micom Upgrade function in Service Menu. Before the brick, I updated main software from version 1018.1 to 1027 and after that TV work but remote controller not work propely. TV is dead and no react RC controller. Front LED not work. All voltages are OK.

I did the MAX232 circuit EX-link cable and connect it from PC serial connector to the TV VGA connector. I get following feedback so there is
some live inside I get acces to u-boot.

Maybe I can fix TV from u-boot section if manage to unlock TDM menu?

No I cannot continue because typing: debug not work? Before brick
my tv has setting default debug is OFF.

Is there any way to change debug ON by Ex-link or Arduino ethernet circuit or some other way, changing IC?

I ordered Arduino Ethernet multi-function Interface and I'm going to try unbrick my TV by connecting Arduiono directly to circuit ATMLH136 as instructed on this website. Are there opportunities to succeed I do not know, you see it then. I would like to get constructive comments.
