Originally the tv had no power, it would just click. I managed to find a bunch of shorted parts on both the x and y sustain boards. I got the power working now and all of the voltages are present, but the tv is stuck in standby. I power it up, it blinks 4 times and no screen. Any ideas as to what I can check since the voltages are good.

And there are no cracks on the panel?
