Ok, good, just to make sure, can you unplug all connections except the mains power to the power supply and see if the STBY 5V is still missing.

If so, please take the board out and get clear photos of the top and bottom of the board. I need to be able to see the small circuit traces.

I'm going crazy.
Before to read your message, i've try again, plug the power and.. TV is alive, red light is ok and tv turned on, and 5v on STBY
I'm confused

Obviously the fault is intermittent. You will have to wait until it goes wrong then let me know what the results of the test are.
