    Iloo/Akai LCDTV LCT32ah36 Revised w/pictures/video link

Good Day apologies to all for not including more info in my first post of the problem I'm having with this TV. First let me say the set wasn't working when I found it. There was an indicator light that came on when plugged in but no back light. In the picture of the SMPS I replaced (3) capacitors circled in beige and powered on watched for a day. Next day I turned the set on and noticed their were bands of lines across the top of the screen. Checked the caps in green rectangle they tested fine with a multimeter, should all caps be replaced? Did hear a buzzing sound in the area of the arrow when powered on. Made some test of the outputs of the standby the 12v and the 24v. All voltage readings from power supply read fine, on the main board the 5v and the 12v read ok but from the V amp pin on SMPS side to the 24v on the main board when set is turned on I have volts ranging from 60-80 volts and that has to be bad right? Real quick can anybody answer the question as to why I have this surge of power? Model number of boards are in pictures hope they can be seen. All help is welcome if I still left out information please let me know and I will get it as soon as possible

    Thanks again for looking
