Hi,
I'm facing this issue since this morning. When I try to power it on, the CAPS lock light flashes 7 times (or 6 if not counting the first one when the power button is pressed). The charging light is always on as if the laptop was connected to the charger. The issues started gradually where it would flash the light but after trying multiple time it would power on. I tried to open it and I noticed one coil "1R0 2127" gets hot when the charger is connected. A friend of mine gave me a 70" Samsung TV that does not show image after pressing the power button... It's in a loop with the standby red light flashing two times while the TV tries to power on with a startup sound. You see, it occurs to me that I could try keep learning how to repair TVs out of this device, so I'll share some pics I took after taking the back cover out; I noticed that someone tried to repair it (or did it at some point) because I found a small power supply glued on the metal cover by the mainboard (3.3v IN and 13v OUT). main board is BN94-15245E and it flashed the standby light a couple times before shutting back off. Never reaches backlight check. HDMI ports are fine, no shorts and was not in a storm, just randomly wouldnt turn on one day. No longer in production unfortunately, so supply is super low. I suspect EMMC but i do not have the hardware for the bga style chips, im still using my old TL866 II plus lol. So i was wondering if anyone had experience with these sets and can confirm if my emmc suspicions are correct or if im barking up the wrong tree. Sub voltages are all good, 3.3, 1.8, 1.2, 5v are... -
Hi everyone, I have a Samsung NP750QFG-KA3DE , MainBoard VESTA3-15 BA92-24515A
the battery is charged. pressing the power button the blue LED flashes 3 times and then stays blue. then the sequence repeats.
the fan does not start.
I noticed that I have no power on the processor and it does not heat up. could it depend on the bios?
any advice on what to check? -
