Request: USB firmware for Toshiba 65UL2163DG (Vestel 17MB180E) - panel VES650QNTX-N2-N42

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for the correct firmware for my Toshiba 65UL2163DG TV.
The mainboard is Vestel 17MB180E, and my panel is VES650QNTX-N2-N42.
The board I received is flashed for VES650QNDB_N41 and shows double “No signal”.

I need the correct USB update package (upgrade_mb180.zip / upgrade.bin) for:
- Toshiba 65UL2163DG
- Vestel 17MB180E mainboard
- Panel VES650QNTX-N2-N42
- Version V1.28.100.0 if available

If anyone has the file, please share a download link (WeTransfer, MEGA, Google Drive) and include version.txt or SHA256 hash.

for all vestel MB, use this side and list the sticker on the back cover.. it will give you most all firmware of the brand chassis
go to then fill your sticker
