It's a crappy LCD panel. Not really anything more to say about it, a lot of these older TVs have terrible motion response, in particular when they're cold. Probably an old AU Optronics or Chimei panel.Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!
