There's tv.quuq.org but it's pretty much a wasteland (10:1 question to answer ratio I'd guess), a few ones in Poland and Russia (but not in English), and I'm active occasionally on avsforum. I know tw2005 is active on an Aussie forum too.

This is the only (best)one I've found worthwhile, Austech is pretty quiet but a few TV techs sniff around there. AVS I subscribe to the panasonic thread but very messy to follow. getting a little more interest there maybe because of a few handy posts there.

This seems a little quieter than usual lately but I try to stick the the panasonic posts so that cuts the field down for me a bit.
