This Toshiba Plasma has volume but has no picture at all.
There are 2 fuses on the Y sustain board and the fuse that has the black mark on it was bad.
With the bad fuse in place the TV would turn on and the volume would work, with no picture.
When the bad fuse is replaced with a good one 4Ah the TV turns on for a few seconds and then the power supply clicks and the TV turns off ( it does not burn out the fuse )
When I take out the good fuse and put back in the bad fuse it again has volume and turns on and stays on, again with no picture.
Should I replace the Y sustain board?
