Toshiba 42HP86 Plasma Volume but no picture

This Toshiba Plasma has volume but has no picture at all.
There are 2 fuses on the Y sustain board and the fuse that has the black mark on it was bad.
With the bad fuse in place the TV would turn on and the volume would work, with no picture.
When the bad fuse is replaced with a good one 4Ah the TV turns on for a few seconds and then the power supply clicks and the TV turns off ( it does not burn out the fuse )
When I take out the good fuse and put back in the bad fuse it again has volume and turns on and stays on, again with no picture.
Should I replace the Y sustain board?

Suspect the IPM on this LG 42V8 chassis--pretty common issue. Can be confirmed by measuring for shorts between the various pins/earth/Vs rail when you remove the board and test.....

I have the same problem. Search Ebay and this is want you want. I bought one out of China. Search YPPD-J018C or YPPD-J018E or STK795-820 or STK795-821. Coppell's TV Repair has a blog on it.
