Samsung HP-s5053 No Power,Standby light,NOThing

Samsung hp-s5053, all 4 fuses are good, Im getting millivolts on the fuses closest to power connector on power supply. I know the power supply is faulty, I would like to trouble shoot the board. All caps LOOK good, should I be looking for cold solder joints?

Checked you have 120V into board?

Surprisingly no I do not have 120V at the power connecter., roughly 46 mv. Power cord is good.

Volt meter batteries were dead,. I do have 120v at board. Not at fuses though.

Check if any of the fuses are blown, using ohms range. (Power board unplugged!)

All 4 fuses are 1 ohm or less. I have 5 of these power boards, all faulty. That why Im hoping to fix it,I have parts. LOL

I have the same issue No power, No Light, Nothing.

I think ill just replace the power board.

It ended up being the mainboard,my power supply was fine.

Everything is up and working on my tv, EXCEPT tv is only allowing TV input and HDMI 2 Input. I cannot access HDMI 1 or s-video? I can see the options in source menu, but will not allow to choose them.

On these TVs you MUST have a cable plugged into the appropriate ports for the TV to allow you to select them.

I had a HP-S5053 with no stand by. When I measured the standby voltage it was very low and fluctuated between 1-1.5V. After doing some mind numbing analysis, tracked it down to a blown thermistor on the power board. Hopefully it helps someone here.
