I have Samsung (UA65AU7000U.THE RED LED BLINKS SOME TIME AND ONLLY BACKLIGHT ON AND RETURN TO OFF WHEN I RIMOVE FFC CABELE BACKLIGHT GLOW'S ALL THE TIME.SO I THINK IT IS A MATTER OF PANEL(ST6451D03-1-xl-2) but I checked with continuity mode there were no any shgin of shorting or burning.what should I do .thx

its much like the panel glass at some points cracked .... to prove it remove the speaker. and have access to panel buffer boards you will see at each side you have U ribbon cable connect the 2 half side together... disconnect it from one side and power on see if the screen come on 3/4 image... you need to do it once at each side

Sir, I had removed these resistances to check them, but it was showing the correct value (100),ohm so I placed it again at the same place. Unfortunately, today I returned the TV to the customer because I thought it was shorting inside the panel. Even the board was not good conditions, I have been searching for this fault on the internet. If anyone has any knowledge then please tell me. my Papa says that knowledge increases by sharing.
