    LG OLED 55CX9LA SWAP MAINBOARD FROM NEWER MODEL 55CS9LA POSSIBLE???

    Hello,

    i have an 55cx9la tv fully functional.
    furthermore i have a new mainboard from newer model oled 55cs9la / cs series.

    Both Mainboards look the same and the connectors to the t-con board and psu are also the same.
    Only one connector which leads to the wlan/bluetooth and power led is different.

    Anyone here, who tried to upgrade lg cx series to newer cs series ????

    Is that possible ?
    How to power on the tv for test purposes without plugging in the power on/bluetooth/wlan connector, because it is different and does not fit in ?

    I tried upgrading lg cx series to newer cs series, but I failed. Maybe I missed any step😥

        from start its bad idea ... if boards identical .. then more service could be found at smart hub... some of apps stooped because of expire the licensees

          von anfang an ist das eine gute idee, wenn es denn funktionieren würde...
          cx mainboards sterben massenhaft,,,abnormal cpu sagt dir das was....

            its not in General issue at CX series.. we do have at VIP section discussion about Failed TVs which it made at time of covid 19 time, it was remarkable that many parts failed beside the lack at QC " Quality Control" i am not sure if CX belong to this period of time.

              ok, do you know if cs mainboards can be used in cx TV, if you change wlan/bluetooth and power led modules ???

                to any serial type if HW ( Main boards identical ) no need to replace MB ,,, log in in E_Z ADJ service menu.. change brand type SN. are enough. BT / WIFI need to rewiring as sockets will not passed
