Samsung plasma HP-S5053 Clicks, will not fully power up

Picked up a Samsung plasma HP-S5053, when powered up I get a click from relay,front blue light flashes a couple times, then another click and powers down. I have disconnected the y,z sustains to no avail. Still clicks. Its gotta be main or logic? I just cant get it to power up and stay up to test components. I cannot get test patterns from pin 3-4 on logic, tv will not power up enough. Va is solid, VS goes up to about 220 then falls out with relay clicking.

Will faulty logic board cause power overload issue?

Upon further testing I have narrowed it down to the power supply. my vs is only 5 volts, I get no voltage at the vs-on pin. Something is holding it back.

Unplug Y-main and X-main, does Vs rise?

nope, does not move at all from 5 volts vs . Va is good. Problem is on the power board, in the process of checking fets.

You originally said you had Vs at 220V then drops with relay click so could be in protection mode. Sometimes there's a green led on the logic board that blinks that give a clue but i have not worked on these with those IPM modules on the sustains.

Chapter 13 has a lot of info regarding startup , PSU, Logic Board, etc.
