Hi there,
can someone help with this please?
I have been given the above tv to repair for someone.
Symptoms screen going blank after a minute or so but still having sound.
Upon opening it up i noticed 2 caps blown on psu. so changed them.
Turned on and all good but noticed a thin red line appeared from bottom of screen verticaly on the right hand side that goes about a third of the way up.The line is only a few mm
Any advice would be appreciated

Is the line the only remaining fault? That would probably not be repairable; the line indicates the LCD panel is bad. A small chance of a tab bond fault, but not very high.

Yes this seems to be the only fault remaining.
wasnt sure if it was the panel due to the line only being a third of the way up

Almost certainly the panel if it's only partially obscuring the screen.

It's the panel. Probably one of the TFT for that part of the panel decided enough was enough and died. Is this is a ChiMei/Chungwha panel?
