Hi all,I have a little problem with my toshiba set,model xv551d,40 inch.
Well I'm the set on boot up had a screen lock come up on screen,having googled this,read this was a password set,by previous owner,I went into menu options and choose the reset tv option.
Well now the TV set is unresponsive,menu option flow on there own and only certain keys work on remote,I.e volume high but no volume low,even the side panel buttons don't work and the only way to stop the auto scroll (only way to describe it) is to press the on/off switch.
Any ideas ?
