SAMSUNG 26" LE26A456C2D orizontal bands error

hi, i have an LE26A456C2D SAMSUNG LCD TV. Now when i put it ON, quite all the display stay black (btw backlight is working ok) i have only a band on the bottom of display that is working ok.
now i want to put here some photos of defect, maybe someone else already knows if it is repairable or not.
i think can be or T-CON BOARD, or PANEL, but i am really a newbie in tv repair so i hope some expert wants to take a look and tell me where the problem really is.

I would say the LCD panel is defective. It may be a tab bond problem which is reasonably easy to fix, or it may be the panel itself has failed in some unrepairable way.

thanks tom66 for your answer.
this tv has only 2 flat that connect the lcd panel. i tried ,like seen on some video guides, to gently push the flat cables to see if i have any difference in video but nothing happens.
what considerations lead you to remove the t-con from the supects?

T-con sends same signal to all parts of panel or two halves or four quarters, so can't cause the effect noticed.
