Diagnosis Help - Samsung LCD TV LN -T4066F

This TV displays half the screen when one of the ribbon connectors is disconnected from the LCD Display, as would be expected. However, this is fascinating. Check out the difference in what happens when the left connector is disconnected verses the right disconnected.

Picture one is the left ribbon connector (when facing the TV) disconnected. Picture two is the right ribbon connector (when facing the TV disconnected.

Notice that lines only shoot across the entire screen when the left ribbon connector is disconnected. So is that more likely LCD panel or TCON board.

That most certainly looks to be a bad panel. Im sure others will chime in
Did I leave the soldering iron on?

I would agree. Most likely panel bad. There was another LN-T4066F on this forum a few days ago with different issue but also a panel failure.
