Decent Universal Remote

Whats the general opinion on a good URC that will do for servicing work? I could do with something as some of the sets I've got are odd. Don't want to waste money on something that wont do the job.

Alernatively anyone know any good links to sites that have converted the outputs to files? I can easily put something together to work as a transmitter.

I like the logitech Harmony 300, cheap, simple, quality and you hook it up to your pc and can be configured by model number for defaults and also add remove additional features or re configure the buttons to whatever you want.
