    Toshiba 42HP84 Plasma

    Looked for and checked cables loose and reseated.Played around with panel ribbons right above both bars and reseated them.
    Anyone have any suggestions what to check next don't see anything burnt or bulged caps.

    It is bad tab bond used foam tape trick and bars are gone but have multi colored sparklies very faint but can see good on black back ground.

      Likely it is the resistors on the COF bond -- they tend to get cold joints.
